Nevertheless

 

Nevertheless addresses gender-based harassment that is often so subtle it goes unnoticed by others around the victim. Inspired in part by Tatyana Falalizadeh's street art movement Stop Telling Women to Smile, Please Don't explores sexism in public spaces. It is fitting that the work's debut is April 8, the final day of the 2017 International Anti-Street Harassment Week.
